CANCELLATION POLICY

If a customer requests to cancel an order after submitting payment, Saler Customs will attempt to cancel the order with the vendor (This is not a guarantee). All cancellations carry a 20% cancellation fee plus any additional fees or expenses incurred unless there is a prior written agreement between Saler Customs and the buyer. The buyer will receive the balance in the form of an in-store credit to be used for a future purchase unless there was a prior arrangement with Saler Customs. The prior arrangement must be agreed to, in writing, by Saler Customs and the buyer. If an order is placed and there are no pre-drilled wheels available while blanks are available, there may be an additional charge to have the wheels drilled. Wheels that are built to order and/or custom painted can not be cancelled once the order has been processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States only. With the size and complexity of shipping wheel and tire packages, please allow 6-12 business days for our packaging and shipping process. Saler Customs will not be held responsible for return shipment charges on approved warranties to and from the customer and the manufacturer. All of our suppliers ship tires with DOT dates that do not exceed 4 years. If you receive a tire with a DOT date of more than 4 years from the date of purchase, please let us know. If you receive an incorrect order, the order will be fixed free of charge.

  • LTL FREIGHT ORDERS (TRUCK/SUV WHEEL/TIRE PACKAGES)Buyer MUST inspect ALL product(s) BEFORE signing for delivery. When you sign your name, you are agreeing that the product(s) were received in accurate and new condition. If someone other than the buyer signs for the product(s), they are signing agreeing the product(s) were received in accurate and new condition. If the product(s) is damaged, you MUST note the damage on the delivery receipt. Package pricing does not include liftgate services, we suggest breaking down the package and inspecting while unloading each tire by rolling it off the delivery truck.


  • FEDEX GROUND ORDERS (CAR WHEEL/TIRE PACKAGES)If your order is being shipped via FedEx ground, a signature is not always required. Please be sure to inspect the product(s) as quickly as possible and follow up with us if there are any issues within 48 hours. Saler Customs will then respond to your inquiry to exchange/rectify the product as soon as possible.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Wheels cannot be returned after having tires mounted; nor tires returned after being mounted onto wheels. Inspect all product(s) for damage prior to installing. The buyer is responsible for test fitting wheels to the vehicle before having a tire mounted.

Returns and exchanges will be handled the same way. Except for any product marked as non-returnable such as, build/drilled to order, custom painted, steel wheels, blowout specials, center caps, etc, Saler Customs will accept returns on products in it's original condition within 30 days of the date they were delivered. The buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee along with being responsible for original & return shipping costs unless there was a prior arrangement with Saler Customs.

The buyer MUST receive a RMA number from Saler Customs prior to shipping the product(s) back. If the buyer does not receive a RMA number, Saler Customs and/or its vendors will refuse the shipment(s) and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Buyer will receive the balance in the form of an in-store credit to be used for a future purchase unless there was a prior arrangement with Saler Customs. The prior arrangement must be agreed to, in writing, by Saler Customs and the buyer.

FITMENT

Wheel and tire fitment is ultimately the responsibility of the customer. We guarantee that the bolt pattern and hub bore of the wheel(s) ordered will bolt up to your vehicle as long you provide the correct year, make, model and sub model.

We use your vehicle information to verify the bolt pattern. Each owner modifies their vehicle differently to fit items outside of their stock range. This means that one vehicle might have the proper modifications to run a wheel or tire without any issues while the same vehicle with slightly different modifications might run into some complications.

If further specifications like offset, size, load rating, etc are required, we recommend reaching out to our sales team to confirm fitment by reaching out through the contact us page. 

Disclosure Agreement

Saler Customs LLC is not responsible for any legal trouble you may encounter when running happy lights, exhaust systems, lift kits, or any other aftermarket modifications. It is your responsibility to research and understand the rules and regulations in your city and state before modifying any parts of your vehicle. Saler Customs LLC in turn will make judgement calls based on customer requests and will do their best to meet expectations while also following the laws local to us. Saler Customs LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone if they feel the customer requests are unsafe, obnoxious, or break any local laws. Each instance will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  

Saler Customs LLC is not responsible for any increases in insurance or extended warranties caused by modifications. Saler Customs LLC is not responsible for any warranties voided by aftermarket components. It is your obligation to understand which warranties are affected or void by the new parts. 

Though lifts are designed to have the least amount of added strain on your suspension by utilizing drop, relocation, and spacer brackets, Saler Customs LLC is not responsible for any exposed wear or premature wear on suspension components. Saler Customs LLC is not responsible for any wearable parts that become damaged or fail from a lift kit. If your lift kit components become damaged or cracked (which is incredibly unlikely), each individual manufacturer has warranties that can be followed through and happily fixed through us. Lift kits will also change how your vehicle handles. It is your responsibility to learn and feel how it drives when it leaves our shop compared to when you brought it to us. 

Payment is due at the time of invoice and must be paid in full before pick up. Keys will be held until the invoice is paid.

    2. Do you disclose my personal information? Saler Customs takes your privacy very seriously. Saler Customs does NOT sell or rent your contact information to other marketers. Your Information is disclosed within the Saler Customs organization and related, jointly owned, entities only. To help us provide superior service, your personal information may be shared with legal entities within the Saler Customs organization and Product Providers (Drop Ship Only), who will take steps to safeguard it in accordance with Saler Customs’s privacy policy. At times we may be required by law or litigation to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary. If such disclosures become necessary, Saler Customs will strive to limit the disclosure to as few people as possible and will seek protective orders/confidentiality agreements to limit disclosure of the same.

How we protect your personal information: Saler Customs takes precautions including administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Saler Custom’s online store uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. To make purchases from the Saler Customs Online Stores, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Fire Fox, Safari, Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while its transmitted over the Internet. You can help us by also taking precautions to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often using a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a secure (PATCHED) web browser.

    4. Informed Consent for Use of Pictures, Videos and other media: Moreover, if you submit/upload pictures, videos and/or other media onto Saler Customs website, fan pages or social networking pages, you are agreeing and consenting to Saler Customs having the right to use those pictures for advertising and/or any other marketing.
